1. Using NIL4ALL
NIL4ALL provides athlete Story pages, FanLinks™, personalized merchandise, supporter accounts, and administrative tools. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Accounts and athlete profiles
You are responsible for protecting your password and activity under your account. Athlete profiles may require identity and eligibility review before becoming public. NIL4ALL may request corrections, suspend access, or remove content that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
3. Purchases
Prices, product availability, personalization details, shipping charges, and taxes are shown during checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Orders are subject to inventory availability and our Refund and Return Policy.
4. Athlete and school allocations
Confirmed product revenue is recorded using NIL4ALL’s stated allocation model. Dashboard figures may remain pending until payments clear, refunds expire, and administrative review is complete. A displayed balance is not a bank account or guarantee of immediate payment.
5. Content and acceptable use
Athletes retain responsibility for the content they submit. You grant NIL4ALL permission to display submitted profile information, posts, and approved images as necessary to operate the service. You may not impersonate others, violate intellectual-property rights, interfere with the platform, or use it for unlawful activity.
6. Service availability
We work to keep NIL4ALL accurate and available, but pilot features may change and occasional interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, NIL4ALL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
