Information we collect
We collect account and contact information, athlete profile details, verification status, Story content, orders, shipping information, support activity, and technical records needed to secure and operate NIL4ALL. Sensitive identity documents are handled by the verification provider and are not displayed publicly.
How information is used
- To create and secure accounts.
- To verify athletes and manage public Story pages.
- To process, personalize, ship, and support orders.
- To calculate athlete and NIL4ALL allocations and separately itemize applicable contractual deductions.
- To send transactional emails and platform notifications.
- To prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We use service providers such as Stripe for payment processing, Veriff for identity verification, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security practices. We do not sell personal information.
Public information
Approved athlete Story pages may display an athlete’s name, school, sport, team, jersey number, biography, photo, posts, and merchandise. Private compliance, citizenship, visa, payment, and account-security details are not shown publicly.
Retention and choices
We retain information as reasonably necessary for accounts, orders, payouts, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request correction of account information through Account Settings or contact NIL4ALL regarding access or deletion requests, subject to records we must retain.
Children
NIL4ALL is not intended for children under 13. A parent, guardian, school, or other authorized adult may be required when an athlete cannot legally consent or enter agreements independently.
